I offer individual therapy to adults of all ages. I utilize a range of evidence-based psychological therapies (e.g., Cognitive Behavior Therapy [CBT], Acceptance and Commitment Therapy [ACT]) and thus an integrative approach. Ultimately, I work with clients to agree on what approach will be best in helping them reach their goals. I offer face to face sessions however we can also arrange online or telephone sessions. My therapy sessions are highly confidential and I make every effort to abide by the HCPC's confidentiality guidelines.
