Improving Self-Esteem group

Self-esteem is the degree to which you feel valuable, confident and worthy of respect as a human being. If you suffer with low self esteem, you are likely to have a low opinion of yourself and judge yourself as inferior. 


This is a 6 week group with each session lasting 1 hour. During the sessions, we will be covering the following:

- How low self esteem develops
- Recognising low self esteem
- What maintains self esteem
- Techniques to improve self esteem
