Counselling and coping skills groups promotes social skills and costs less than individual therapy.

I know that the idea of participating in a group can seem intimidating for some however there is plenty of research to support how beneficial group therapy can be. You will be able to hear from others with similar issues and see that you are not alone in having challenges. 

I take great care to ensure that group members feel safe and listened to within a confidential space.
