Coping with stress & anxiety group

For a lot of people, stress and anxiety can stop you living the life you want to live. This is a 6 week group with each session lasting 1 hour. This group aims to help you:

- Develop effective coping strategies
- Help you to better understand your experience of stress and anxiety
- Identify triggers for your anxiety and what keeps it going
- Identify the main causes of your stress
