Coping with depression group

Struggling with persistent low mood can often make people feel isolated. It can therefore be helpful to meet with and talk to other people who understand what it's like. This group will also help you to break out of the negative low mood cycle you may have found yourself in.


This is a 6 week group with each session lasting 1 hour. During the sessions, we will be covering the following:

- What causes and maintains low moods
- Identify effective coping strategies
- Activity scheduling
- Problem solving techniques
- Challenging unhelpful thoughts
